The old folklore says, never walking through the stairs at midnight with eyes closed, because sometimes the stair steps can have an extra or minus one step. That night, I was trying it exactly at the midnight in the middle of darkness, stepping at the stairs at my home to my room at second floor. I closed my eyes and started to walk through the stairs while counting the steps one by one. At the top, I sighed with relief because the stair step count is just still the same as usual. I then opened my eyes to find that I’m still at the bottom of the stairs.
